Modern culture changeable enough, episodic, inconstant and conditional. That seems correct today, tomorrow can be confessed by erroneous. Truths, rules, positions, declared someone, regulations appear incomplete, uncompleted, ambivalent and change already in times of origin, moreover already in the moment of application in the real life. A post-modern culture contains ontological uncertainty, the pointers of rightness of methods of behavior, making decision disappear, there is not a single idea that would join all. People in such state test on conscious and irresponsible levels desire to feel even partly inwardly protected, integrated, integral. On this basis, we can assume that self-education – it one of those moments due to that a man can with dignity perceive the changeable world. Self-education as one of factors of self-perfection able to help a modern man to create and save it own «I am», the character. The self-education of personality as creation of own character, as perfection of the educational potential is investigational and as a higher form of satisfaction of cognitive necessities and interests. It is well-proven that in the conditions of changeable sociocultural situation and globalization of the informative systems exactly a self-education assists maintenance of individual integrity of personality, her self-determination and self-definition, provides mobility and freedom of realization of possibilities in professional and amateurish spheres.
