Apart from this somewhat fishy analogy, the Society has come a long way from Udine where the original idea of an international organization was hatched. Given that Maastricht heralds the 10th conference and with conferences scheduled in Venice next year and St John's, Newfoundland in 1995, reports of its demise are somewhat premature. Nevertheless, we need to exercise the organizational body! |
