| Summary: | For the Spring 2022 Commencement ceremonies at the Savannah Convention Center, guests should pay particular attention to the directional signage for parking when arriving on Hutchinson Island. Graduates and guests should plan for enough time to find parking to ensure they arrive at the ceremony on time. Due to construction at the Savannah Convention Center, parking is not available at the facility itself. Signage will direct guests to an alternate parking lot on Hutchinson Island where shuttles will transport guests to the ceremony. The alternate lot is not a convenient walk to the ceremony, so guests should plan to use the shuttle service. Shuttles will run one hour before and after each ceremony. All shuttles are equipped with a ramp and are able to accommodate wheelchairs and/or scooters. Once parked in the alternate parking lot, guests should note the shuttle stop at which they board their shuttle. The shuttle will take guests directly to the ceremony. Following the ceremony, guests should board the shuttle at Bryan Square, located between the Savannah Convention Center and the Westin Savannah. The shuttle will take them back to the alternate lot. Guests should depart the shuttle at the same shuttle stop they boarded it prior to the ceremony. Guests are asked to remove their vehicles from the parking lot following each ceremony.
