| Summary: | El text recull les disposicions principals sobre els usos, els drets lingüístics i el règim jurídic de la llengua publicades al Diari Oficial de la Unió Europea (DOUE) de l’1 de gener al 30 de juny de 2024. L’ordre en què apareixen les disposicions esmentades és el que s’estableix cronològicament al DOUE i, pel que fa a la jurisprudència, correspon a la data en què les sentències del TJUE es pronuncien. La sigla EEE correspon a Espai Econòmic Europeu, àrea d’integració comercial que associa en un mercat interior únic la Unió Europea (UE) amb Noruega, Islàndia i Liechtenstein. Excepcionalment, es recullen evolucions quant a la petició per part d’Espanya de modificar el Reglament 1/1958, de 15 d’abril, pel qual es fixa el règim lingüístic de la Comunitat Econòmica Europea, tot i no haver derivat en dret secundari de la UE. The text includes the main provisions regarding language use, language rights, and legal system of the language, as published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) between January 1st and December 31th, 2024. The order of the provisions cited corresponds to that in which they were published in the OJEU, and, as for the European Court of Justice’s case law, the date on which the judgments were issued. The acronym EEA corresponds to European Economic Area, an area of commercial integration uniting the European Union (EU) with Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein in a single internal market. Exceptionally, developments related to Spain’s request to amend Regulation 1/1958, of April 15, which establishes the linguistic regime of the European Economic Community, are included, despite not having resulted in EU secondary law.
