Description
Summary:The goal of this effort was to develop a tool that is capable of assessing the effect of CBRN exposures on civilian populations and medical infrastructure in order to inform DoD planners at the NORTHCOM/Joint Task Force (JTF) level what additional resources might be required to support civilian authorities. DRACCM allows planners to import exposures, calculate time-dependent casualties, and to assess the beneficial effect of medical countermeasures including the negative effect of non-ideal or late treatment.
