Summary:During our audit of commissary construction projects (Project No. 3LA-0069), we noted that the commissaries at the Naval Air Station, Moffen Field, Sunnyvale, California, and Fort Bragg, North Carolina, appeared to have excessive inventory stored in adjacent warehouses or storage areas. As a result we initiated an audit of inventory controls over semiperishable and nonperishable goods stored at the Moffen Field and Fort Bragg commissaries.
