International Arctic Buoy Program Data Report. 1 January 1997-31 December 1997

This report presents data collected by the International Arctic Buoy Program (IABP) between 1 January 1997 and 31 December 1997. The network of automatic data buoys deployed by the IABP monitors synoptic scale fields of pressure, temperature, and ice motion throughout the Arctic Basin.
