International Arctic Buoy Program Data Report, 1 January 1995 - 31 December 1995.

This report presents data collected by the International Arctic Buoy Program (IABP) between 1 January 1996 and 31 December 1996. The network of automatic data buoys deployed by the IABP monitors synoptic scale fields of pressure, temperature, and ice motion throughout the Arctic Basin.
