A Study to Provide Sea Access by Marine Craft for the Naval Arctic Research Laboratory

A study and field survey was performed to provide the Naval Arctic Research Laboratory with marine craft for sea access during ice-free periods in the Beaufort and Chukchi Seas. Operating conditions were reviewed and recommendations were made on the type of boat and method of operation.
