Summary:The report describes the data-storage cataloging system for all field data, data-analysis bulk data, and laboratory results acquired in performing contracted tasks for Marine Geophysical Survey, Area 7/4. All support forms and logs executed aboard ship during survey operations are described in detail. Pertinent data derived from each log or form are encoded in a data-referencing system which is key-punched in IBM format for future computer usage. Any raw data type can be found by consulting listings of the key-punched data. Similarly, any intermediate data-analysis results can be found.
