The Development of Methods for Predicting Soil Moisture Content Report on the Fairbanks, Alaska, Extension

The report contains the results of the Fairbanks, Alaska, extension study. Climatic, soil-moisture, and permafrost records were obtained for the period May through September 1954. Field and office procedures used were similar to those previously reported by the Vicksburg Infiltration Project.
