Summary:Multispectral remote sensor data acquired from an aircraft in the vicinity of Barrow. Alaska are analyzed and the results of the analysis are presented. The spectral, spatial, and temporal radiation characteristics measured directly by the calibrated sensors for a variety of targets are compared and discussed. These data are then extended and extrapolated with the aid of ground measurements in order to arrive at estimates of the radiative components of the total energy budget for these targets. (Author)
