Description
Summary:Many domestic and foreign research papers are devoted to the resolution of the problems of dynamics of snow avalanches. In these papers efforts have been made many times to present methods of quantitative evaluation of the impact of a snow avalanche against an obstacle. At different times different authors have proposed formulas for calculating the force of impact of an avalanche. It is noted that an experimental setup permitting all-around study of an avalanche flow has been developed for the first time.
