Description
Summary:The investigation of Sr90 in the surface water of the North Atlantic Ocean, which was conducted by the 'Mikhail Lomonosov' expedition in the autumn and winter period of 1959/1960, is briefly reviewed. Some of the general trends in the propagation of the element in various regions of the ocean are pointed out.
