DELINEATION OF SEA FLOOR ROUGHNESS IN THE WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC.

The range of roughness of the western North Atlantic sea floor has been assessed and subdivided, largely on the basis of 12 kc echo sounder and seismic profiler data, into three major categories. Charts delineating the areal extent of these three degrees of roughness have been made. (Author)
