Summary:This is a continuation of the bibliography compiled as an aid to the Snow, Ice, and Permafrost Research Establishment (SIPRE) and to other agencies concerned with research on the properties of snow, ice, and frozen ground and on arctic engineering problems. references to pertinent domestic and foreign (especially Russian) technical information published since 1930 are included; earlier works are reviewed in the case of a major treatise or particularly desirable information. Articles on crystallography, micrometeorology, radiation, heat transfer, instrumentation, glacial geology, and other fields are cited when a definite relation to the major subjects exists. Author and subject indexes are provided.
