34 European lobster (Homarus gammarus) progeny arrays, 10 embryo and 1 maternal sample were genotyped at 15 microsatellite loci (2 of which were discarded from the analysis due to the presence of null alleles) to reconstruct the paternal genotype(s) present in each clutch.
