| Summary: | Memişoğlu, Sami Özgür (Dogus Author) Çalışmamızda öncelikle tebligat hukukuna hakim ilkeler ele alınmış ve Tebligat Kanunu ile korunmak istenen hukuki menfaatlerden bahsedilmiştir. Bunun ertesinde ilanen tebligat usulünün Tebligat Hukukundaki uygulaması ve bu usule başvuru şartları incelenmiştir. Konunun gerçek kişi tacirler ve semmaye şirketleri açısından arz ettiği özellikler ayrıca ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca hukuk yargılamasında ilanen tebligatta usulsüzlüğün sonuçlarına da değinilmiştir. This study firstly jocuses on the dominant principles of the notification law and the legal benefits that the Code of Notification aims to protect. Within this framework, the application and the conditions to be fulfilled to commence this procedure are hereby examined In addition to this approach, the distinctive characteristics of this procedure that are seen during its application to the real person merchants and capital companies are also analyzed Finally, the study aims to indicate legal consequences of the irregularities which can be encountered during the application of this procedure.
