| Summary: | The survey is dedicated to the studies of the development of northern and Arctic territories, published in Russia and abroad from 2010 to 2015. The structure of the survey shows the main directions of research in the sphere of the Northern and Arctic territory governance. According to the structure of the survey the sources are organized in groups: international cooperation, arctic policy of foreign countries and Russian Federation, economy and social sphere of Northern and arctic territories of Russian Federation, ecology and nature management, transport and communications. The author analyses the main topics and problems of the studies and proposes trends of further research. |
