Summary:Arctic tourism is now gaining the increasing popularity - the Arctic attracts people from all over the world due to its unique pristine nature. Back in the last century, the North Pole was out of reach for tourists and only specialists could visit Franz Josef Land. The aim of this paper is to describe the content of the Arctic tourist programs, i.e. voyages to the geographical North Pole. The study analyzes and characterizes the above-mentioned tourist product and also indicates the ways of its regulation because part of the routes cross the nature protected territory.
