Firstly, the power of electric tracing belt was calculated by thermodynamic theory. Then, the power protection effect of the selected electric tracing belt was verified by simulation experiment. Finally, the self-limiting electric tracking belt with a power of 60 W/m (10 °C) can effectively melt ice in the two-phase flow of sea-ice crystal with ice particle diameter less than 0.4 mm and ice content less than 20%.
