They possess lowered adaptive abilities and are characterized by lack of harmony in decision-making due to constant failures in reaching their goals; such teenagers have distorted value orientations, they don't strive to maintain or preserve happy, problem-free and close relationships, they don’t contain or avert actions (or urges and tendencies towards actions) which could harm others or do not meet social expectations.
