Summary:The abundance of Muarenolepis marmoratus increases with depth. In December 1987 and January 1988 in bottom trawl catches prevailed 19-23-cm-long specimens, belonging to the age groups V and VI. Growth rate was expressed with use of von Bertalanffy′s growth equation with the parameters: L∞ = 48.21 cm; K = 0.1188; t0 = 0.1939 year.
