| Summary: | The article presents the results of a study on 5 basic control tests for the identification of leadership qualities by a veteran of volleyball players of the sports club “Sergelekh” (Yakutsk, Russia). Despite the effectiveness of the proposed technique, but additional training in technical methods is necessary, since by controlling the training process, one can reveal the leadership qualities of the veteran volleyball players and anticipate the result in sports activities, i.e. at competitions. |
