Description
Summary:All nests used by Gyrfalcons on the territory of “Nenetsky” State Nature Reserve were situated on wooden towers. There had been a known nesting of Gyrfalcon on triangular tower on Lovetsky island since 1987. In August of 2015 we reinforced old wooden triangular tower on Kostyanoy Nos peninsula. A pair of Gyrfalcons took this nest the following year and successfully reproduced.
