Description
Summary:This article considers the identification of the VUCA-world influence as a modern reality on the transformation of University on the example of Norilsk State Industrial Institute, its internal development space. The research relies on various methods: case-method, foresight, design method, depth interviews with the most important stakeholders, theoretical and empirical methods, logical and system analysis, methods of description, forecast and peer review. The theoretical basis of the study is the methodology within the VUCA-Prime strategy. The way to build the inner space of University development starts with the definition of reference points and development of university transformation mechanisms in conditions of VUCA world, which is a significant context of modern reality. This reality is characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity. The authors present a model that has the potential to reduce uncertainty and transform qualitatively the inner space of the University.
