Description
Summary:In the system of modern scientific knowledge the problem of human socialization increasingly comes to the fore. Fundamental concepts of the modern psychological and educational science are the ideas of D.I. Feldstein about socialization and personalization telling that they are two sides of a single process of social development in the child. School learning environment has one of the significant positions among the institutions of socialization. Modern school should become a true environment of child's socialization that cannot be imagined without relevant artifacts and elaborate system of organizational values and basic concepts, i.e. without what is called the philosophy of the organization - the organizational culture. On the basis of the theoretical material analysis, of both foreign and Russian researchers, as well as on the basis of the author researches, organizational experience of collectives activity in the Yakutsk National Gymnasium, Sakha Gymnasium and other schools of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), it was developed a model of the organizational culture of the school learning environment. In our research we examined the local educational environment at three levels: the objective, subject-objective and subjective, which both individually and as a whole, point out to the main components of organizational culture as a necessary surrounding of students socialization, adaptable to different variation of creativity and to introduce them in the activity of the modern school.
