Summary:This thesis project for the DLSU-HSC College of Medicine has two components: research about avian flu and a health awareness video about avian influenza. The video has a running time of 11 minutes and 20 seconds and is in DVD format. The video will be shown in the Out Patient Department of DLSU Medical Center and in the outreach projects of the school. The video was evaluated through a survey to key members of the organization and selected people from the target audience. The result of the evaluation was positive. The video project has attained the proposed idea of the organization. The key members stressed that one factor they liked about the video is that it does not impose fear to the audience. The evaluation also showed parts that needs improvement and has been later on adjusted after the evaluation.
