It excels in comprehensiveness, engraving, color, and overall production. Each vol. has title page. with general title: Geographiæ Blavianæ volumen primum. Each vol. has engraved special title page, hand colored. The first Latin edition was published in 1662. Subsequently published in French, Dutch, German, and Spanish; the Latin version was also sold with v. 1 dated 1665 and v. 2-11 dated 1662 (this copy).
