Summary:This fileset contains two files in generic feature format (GFF) of methylation-enriched high-throughput bisulfite sequencing data for Pacific oyster (Crassostrea gigas), gill tissue. The first GFF includes the location and proportion of methylation for all analyzed CpG dinucleotides with greater than 5x coverage Cgigas_gill_HTbisulfiteSeq_CG_AllData.gff. The second GFF is limited to those CpG loci where the proportion of methylation is ≥ 0.5 (Cgigas_gill_HTbisulfiteSeq_CG_methylated.gff) In addition, this fileset includes the SQL queries used to derive each of the GFF files from the original methratio output.
