The main difficulties of geoecological mapping are intensified concern distinguish between the terrestrical and marine ecosystems. The latter are complex in their structure multicomponent systems. Therefore, analysis of the ecological situation of water areas requires complex assessment of all its components, the “contributions” to their overall state and 'weights' of major sources of contamination.
