Description
Summary:Copyright information: Taken from "Mature habitats associated with genetic divergence despite strong dispersal ability in an arthropod"BMC Evolutionary Biology 2007;7():52-52.Published online 2 Apr 2007PMCID:PMC1852300.sequences (B) for Japanese and North American s.l. The HSP90 sequences are from a subset of specimens represented on the ND2 tree. Colors represent geographic location: blue (North America except for Alaska, USA and Yukon, Canada); green (Beringian North America, i.e. Alaska and Yukon); and gold (Japan). Thick branches have more than 70% bootstrap support, and dot branches have less than 50% bootstrap support. The map (C) shows Japanese regions (Jp1-8) and populations. Note the lack of sharing of nuclear and mitochondrial haplotypes among Japanese regions (Jp1-8).
