Additional file 6 of SalmoSim: the development of a three-compartment in vitro simulator of the Atlantic salmon GI tract and associated microbial communities

Additional file 5: Table S4. OTUs prevalence analysis by sub-setting full dataset into multiple core OTUs. The table summarises the number OTUs within each subset dataset (subset by the % of samples that share OTUs) and percentage of the total number of OTUs within the full dataset (100%). This tabl...

Description
Summary:Additional file 5: Table S4. OTUs prevalence analysis by sub-setting full dataset into multiple core OTUs. The table summarises the number OTUs within each subset dataset (subset by the % of samples that share OTUs) and percentage of the total number of OTUs within the full dataset (100%). This table also shows the number of reads and the percentage of total reads (100%) within each of the subset datasets. Note: in the 60% subset three samples were lost as they did not retain any under that criteria OTUs: Id-val1-PC1, Id-Val2-MG4 and Id-Val2-PC1.
