Description
Summary:This file is out of date has been combined in a multi-year file. See: Bowden, W. 2020. Kuparuk River stream temperature and discharge measured each summer, Dalton Road crossing, Arctic LTER Toolik Field Staion, Alaska 1978-2019 Environmental Data Initiative. http://dx.doi.org/10.6073/pasta/b407edbe788d9be27662009e1be8331b Water temperature and stream discharge were determined for the Kuparuk River. In recent years, pressure temperature dataloggers have measured stream temperature and stream height at regular intervals. A rating curve was developed to calculate continuous discharge from stage height. Stage height was measured on the Kuparuk about 1 km above the Dalton Highway crossing.
