Dissolved aluminium measurements from towed fish surface samples and titanium CTD rosette collected depth profiles along 22 deg N in the subtropical North Atlantic during summer 2017 on cruise GApr08/JC150.

Description
Summary:The GApr08 (JC150) cruise aimed to study the co-limitation of zinc-phosphorus and iron-phosphorus elements along 22 deg N in the subtropical North Atlantic. To estimate the lithogenic contribution of zinc, and particularly iron, we have chosen to measure the lithogenic tracer aluminium during this cruise. This dataset presents dissolved aluminium (dAl) concentration data from both surface and depth profile samples collected from towed fish and titanium CTD rosette on-board the R.R.S. James Cook cruise JC150 between June 27 and August 8, 2017. The samples were measured for dAl concentration between April 18 and May 18, 2018 by Lise Artigue with the help of Neil J. Wyatt and under the supervision of Maeve C. Lohan using flow injection analysis (FIA) with fluorescence detection at the University of Southampton Waterfront Campus, National Oceanography Centre.
