Description
Summary:Samples for dissolved nutrients were collected from CTD niskin bottles during cruise JR18007 in the Fram Strait (August-September 2019) as part of the Changing Arctic Ocean programme. Dataset consists of ammonia/ium, silicate, phosphate, nitrate and nitrite measurements in μM L -1 and μM kg -1 units. Ammonium, phosphate and nitrate and nitrite samples were collected in acid cleaned PE 50 mL polythene vials and measured shortly after collection (within 24 hours) on the vessel by the Scottish Association for Marine Science (SAMS) using a Lachat Quik Chem 8500 Flow injection analyser. Silicate samples were collected in 125 mL acid cleaned bottles and immediately frozen. These samples were measured using a Bran and Luebbe, QuAAtro 5-channel continuous flow analyser from filtered frozen samples 12 months after collection by the University of Liverpool.
