The dataset consists of data (Temperature, Salinity, Pressure and Dissolved Oxygen) collected by moored CTD-DO instruments (microcat-ODO) in the eastern Rockall Trough between May 2017 and July 2018. The moored CTD-DO instruments were situated at various depths on mooring RTEB1 which is the easternmost mooring of the Atlantic-wide OSNAP mooring array. The CTD-DO instruments were deployed on cruise DY078 (2017) and recovered on AR30-04 (2018). The data have been processed and calibrated. Mooring RTEB1 is deployed under UK OSNAP (NE/K010875/1 and NE/K010875/2). The CTD-DO instruments were funded by the European Union's Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme under grant agreement nos. 678760 (ATLAS), 818123 (iAtlantic) and 633211 (AtlantOS). ...
