Distribution: Taiwan, Japan. Differential diagnosis: Holophryxus . Body length 9.7 mm (♀), 1.6 mm (♂) (Shiino, 1937); 7.00– 7.50 mm (non-ovigerous ♀♀; N = 2), 6.8–10.12 mm (ovigerous ♀♀; N = 14), 1.24–1.65 mm (♂♂; N = 10) (Huang et al. , 2018); 9.0 mm (ovigerous ♀; N = 1) (Shimomura et al. , 2020).
