Summary:National sovereignty is a fundamental principle that Atatürk advocated during the War of Independence, stating, "Sovereignty belongs unquestionably to the nation," and in this sense, the nation governs itself according to its own will. This national sovereignty was won through independence struggle and sacrifice during the Turkish War of Independence. Before and after the proclamation of the Turkish Republic, this conflict was depicted through a variety of subjects in Turkish plastic arts, and documentary examples of its history were presented. Thus, in the works presented by the artists from the perspective of the Turkish national sovereignty war, all the sacrifices made for the survival of the Turkish nation were interpreted in the form of a "War of Independence" photo album or panorama. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the period of national struggle influenced Turkish plastic arts following the proclamation of national sovereignty and the republic. The importance of research; is to ... : TÜRK MİLLİ EGEMENLİK VE CUMHURİYET TARİHİNİ HAZIRLAYAN KATMANLAR VE TÜRK RESİMİNDEKİ PLASTİK TERCÜMELERİ Milli egemenlik, Atatürk'ün Milli Mücadelede ortaya attığı "Egemenlik kayıtsız şartsız millet aittir" dediği temel bir ilkedir ve bu ilkede millet kendini kendi iradesiyle yönetmektedir. Millete ait olan bu egemenliğe Türk kurtuluş savaşında verilen mücadele ve sacrifice ile ulaşılmıştır. Bu mücadele Türk Cumhuriyetinin ilanından önceki ve sonraki dönem Türk plastik sanatlarda farklı konularla işlenerek tarihinden belgesel nitelikli örnekler sunulmuştur. Böylece sanatçıların Türk milli mücadele savaşına bakış açısıyla sundukları eserlerde; Türk ulusunun bekası için verilen tüm fedakarlıklar bir "Kurtuluş Savaşı" foto albumü yada panoraması şeklinde romantik ve ekpresif plastik ifadelerle yorumlanmıştır.
