Summary:This repository includes the model results presented in a manuscript submitted to JGR-Ocean "Impact of Vertical Resolution on Representing Baroclinic Modes and Water Mass Distribution in the North Atlantic Circulation": 1) an examination of the baroclinic mode representation (Rossby radius of deformation, vertical structure of the barolinic modes, etc) 2) the key model results of 5 Atlantic HYCOM simulations: SSH mean, variability, AMOC in z and density coordinates as a function of latitude and at observation latitudes (i.e., RAPID, OSNAP) See ReadMe.txt for a list of the file.
