Summary:Paracladopelma globosum sp. nov. (Figs. 8–9) Type material. Holotype: male, Russia, Sakhalin Island, Tym River, 2 km from bridge crossing Parkata River, 2–3.VIII.2003, leg. E. Makarchenko; Paratype: 1 male, same data as holotype. Etymology. The species name is from Latin globosum, globe­shaped, an adjective referring to the form of the superior volsella. Diagnostic characters. This new species has a total length of 3.0 mm, AR 1.73, and the superior volsella with globe­shaped dorsal lobe and oval ventral lobe covered by microtrichia and 12 setae. Male imago (n = 2) Total length 3.0 mm. Wing length 1.85 mm. Total length/wing length 1.62. Coloration. Scape yellow, flagellomeres brown; ground color of thorax pale yellow, mesonotal stripes yellow, 2/3 of postnotum brownish; P1 yellow, except brown on distal 1/ 2 f1 and distal half t1, ta1–5; P2 and P3 yellowish brown; abdomen yellowish brown. Head. Frontal tubercles small (length 6.8 m and wide 4.5 m). Verticals 10–12. Clypeus with 11 setae.
