Summary:Meteorus breviantennatus Tobias, 1986 Distribution in Iran. Guilan, Mazandaran (Farahani and Talebi 2012; Sedighi and Madjdzadeh 2015). Distribution outside Iran. Austria, China, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Korea, Netherlands, Sweden, UK (Stigenberg and Ronquist 2011), Georgia, Russia (Yu et al . 2012). Host records. Meteorus breviantennatus has been recorded as a parasitoid of Tomicus minor (Hartig) (Coleoptera: Scolytidae) (Martikainen and Koponen 2001). Also, Tobias (1986) reported this species as the parasitoid of Ips acuminatus (Gyllenhal) (Coleoptera: Scolytidae). Yu et al.
