A: III, 7 to 9 (usually 8). P: 15 to 19 (usually 16 or 17). C: 15 (8+ 7). V: 26 (10 + 16). S: 2. GR: 36 to 43, usually 38 to 41 (10 to 13 + 26 to 31). LL: 42 to 50 (usually 43 to 48). CP: 22 to 27 (usually 23 to 26).
