Chilean host: Phalcoboenus australis (Gmelin, 1788). Other hosts: None. Chilean locality: Isla Gonzalo (Diego Ramírez Islands): Region XII. Geographic distribution: Falkland Islands, Tierra del Fuego and surrounding islands. Chilean reference: This catalogue. Other significant references: Price (1967b); Price et al . (2003).
