Summary:Lindia gravitata (Lie-Pettersen, 1905) The specimens seen showed a bit more distinct pseudosegmentation of the body than those used in its redescription (De Smet 2005); habitus and trophi otherwise identical. Males present, similar in habitus to females, but smaller (~150 µm), and without trophi. The species was found in psammon from the Costa Brava, Côte d’Azur, and Tyrrhenian Sea, at 50 m to 3.5 km off shore, and depths varying from 15 up to 30 m; June, July, September, October; water temperature 16−21 °C.
