Summary: | Bombus humilis quasimuscorum (Vogt, 1909) It is widely distributed in the northern half of the peninsula, between 150 and 2000 m (Ornosa & Ortiz-Sánchez 2004). At present it has been collected in Pyrenean forest and supraforestal grassland, more rarely in the latter, and in open areas, between 850 and 1950 m (Fig. 7) on Acinos alpinum (L.), Centaurea scabiosa L., Cirsium monspessulanum (L.) Hill, Echium plantagineum (Nox.), Echium vulgare L., Epilobium angustifolium L., Eryngium bourgatii Gouan., Fragaria vesca L., Lotus corniculatus L., Malva sylvestris L., Medicago sativa L., Melilotus officinalis L., Mentha longifolia (L.) Hud., Origanum vulgare L., Reseda lutea L., Rhododendron ferrugineum L., Rubus ulmifolius Schott, Silene acaulis (L.) Jacq., Taraxacum officinale Wigg., Trifolium pratense L., Trifolium repens L. and Vicia cracca L.
