Medialuna californiensis (Steindachner, 1875). Halfmoon . To 48.3 cm (19 in) TL (Miller and Lea 1972). Vancouver Island, British Columbia (Nagtegaal and Farlinger 1981) to south-western corner of Gulf of California (Robertson and Allen 2002).
