This wide ranging Nearctic species was previously known from the Northwest Territories to Quebec, south to California, Kansas and Alabama (Borkent and Grogan 2009). A female from Jefferson Co. is apparently the first record of this species from Florida. New records. Jefferson Co., Monticello, W. H. Whitcomb, B. L. Trap, 1 female (FSCA).
