Description
Summary:Here, we developed a Bayesian multivariate autoregressive state-space mode to assess temporal trends in productivity using stock-recruitment data of five species of Pacific salmonids (Steelhead Trout, Coho Salmon, Pink Salmon, anadromous Dolly Varden, and anadromous Coastal Cutthroat Trout) on the Keogh River since 1976. We also examine whether productivity shifts were similarly occurring across the community and explore marine or freshwater drivers associated with those shifts. In addition to recent versions, we now add a sensitivity test to evaluate lag-times of logging effects on salmon productivities.
