Summary:Pediculaster camerikae Khaustov, 2008 World distribution – Crimea, in cow dung (Khaustov 2008a); Western Siberia, in cow dung (Khaustov 2020). Material examined – One mite colony including 21 specimens attached to ventral body surface of Helina sp. (Diptera: Muscidae) was found. The hosts captured by a light trap in shore of Caspian Sea, Bandar-E-Turkmen, 30 May 2014. Remarks – This species is recorded from Iran for the first time.
